Services
Services within PowerBoard include payment gateways and other important payment providers through which merchant can accept payments from their customers.

CBA Gateway Service
Please note that the CBA Gateway service will be activated automatically by CBA and the merchant will be not be able to make any changes to this service without contacting CBA.
Activating Services
- Go to Services > Add New > Activate the preferred Service. You can filter by Service Group or search by name.
- View the Required Provider Fields (e.g. API keys, Company ID, username, password).
- Log into your Service Provider’s dashboard or contact their support team to attain the required credentials for activation (activation contacts and details here). Please ensure you’ve requested the correct credentials for the right environment (Sandbox = Test or Production = Live).
- Go back to the Service on your account and add the Service Provider details.
- Specify the Label or name - for your reference only.
You can add multiple Service instances to help track various income streams.
- Select the Environment Mode
- Sandbox is for testing purposes.
- Production is for processing live transactions.
- Sandbox is for testing purposes.
- You can mark the Service as default by checking the Set as default.
- Select Connect.
Once the Service is activated, you don't need to re-authenticate the account.
Edit Connected Services
To edit an activated Services:
Go to Services > Actions > Edit for the preferred Service. You can filter by Service Group or search by name.
Note
To make a connected Service your default Payment Gateway, please re-enter all fields before checking the Set as default box and clicking Edit Details. Simply unchecking the option on a Service doesn't register the action on the dashboard as an alternative default Payment Gateway is required.
Test Connected Services
To test an activated Service:
Go to Services > Actions > Test for the preferred Service. You can filter by Service Group or search by name.
Delete Connected Services
To delete an activated Service:
Go to Services > Actions > Delete for the preferred Service. You can filter by Service Group or search by name.
Connected Services Redirect
To get redirected to other features of the activated Services:
Go to Services > Actions > Subscriptions, Customers or Charges for the preferred Service. You can filter by Service Group or search by name.

Yes. You can have two or more gateway services and can even set one of the services as default.
'Client Id' is the 'Username' and 'Secret Key' is the 'password' under API Credentials in account details provided by Paypal to connect to the Paypal classic service.
