Call PowerBoard Tech Support on 1800 230 177 options 1-3-1, Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm Australian Eastern Standard Time zone (GMT+10) or email the support team at [email protected].

The daily cut-off time for transactions settlement via the CBA gateway is 5:30pm Sydney/Melbourne time(AEST/AEDT(GMT+10)). Any transactions processed after this time will appear in the next day's settlement.

For all other Alternate Payment methods such as Afterpay, Zippay, Paypal etc, contact their support team to know their settlement time.

A CBA merchant ID is a unique number that will be provided to you in your welcome letter as a ecommerce facility number. It will be on your statements called a merchant number which consists of 16 digits.

You can also find this in powerboard merchant portal by going to Services > click on the MPGS gateway edit > CBA Gateway Merchant ID

At the moment Powerboard does not accept other currencies other than AUD. If customer uses their foreign card for transaction it will be processed in AUD.

Yes, it does. Merchants situated in geographical locations outside those sharing the AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) timeline must download transactions based on the CBA AEST settlement time, i.e., from 5:30 PM AEST to 5:30 PM AEST. For instance, when downloading the transaction list from Perth, the settlement time will be from 3:30 PM to 3:30 PM next day.

Yes, Virtual cards can be used as long as there is a scheme logo on virtual card (Visa, MC, AMEX etc)

No, this feature is not available in Powerboard currently.

Go to ‘Charges’ > ‘Actions’ > ‘View Logs’

It takes approximately 5- 7 Business days. If the refunded amount is not settled within this time period, it is advisable to ask the cardholder to reach out to their issuer bank for assistance.
