Commonwealth Bank logo terms

Please find below Commonwealth Bank (the Bank) logos to be used on your eCommerce checkout page. You can use the Commonwealth Bank Logo (The Logo) on your checkout page when your customer is making a payment. The Bank will allow you to display the Bank’s logos in the following manner:

(a) The Logo is only allowed to be used by PowerBoard customers;

(b) The Logo is only allowed on your registered company’s eCommerce checkout page;

(c) The Logo is only allowed to be used for the duration of your Merchant Facility contract with the Bank;

(d) If the Bank provides payment services for all payment options on your checkout page, the logo can be placed under “Payment Method” as displayed in image A below; otherwise, the logo is only allowed to be used alongside the generic “Credit Card” payment option provided by PowerBoard as display in image B below;

(e) The Logo is not allowed to be placed next to payment services that the Bank does not provide; and

(f) The Logo is not allowed to be used for the following eCommerce products and services: illegal substance, alcohol consumption, gambling, dangerous activities, religion, politics, mean spirited content, or sexual reference.

The permission granted for use of the Bank’s Logo may be withdrawn by the Bank at any time at the Bank’s sole discretion. By using the Bank Logo, you acknowledge and agree that the Bank owns and shall continue to own all intellectual property rights in The Logo. You agree to comply with these terms.
