How to: Modify a customer subscription on Powerboard

Welcome to the PowerBoard Dashboard tutorials. Today we’ll show you how to modify a customer’s subscription and how to cancel a subscription. To access the PowerBoard portal, you’ll need to log in using your credentials. To modify a subscription, click on the Subscriptions tab. In the row of the subscription you’re modifying, click on the Actions drop-down and select View Details. Here you’ll find all the information related to this subscription. Head to the Schedule section to modify the frequency.

Let’s change the subscription frequency to bi-annual by selecting Month for the Interval field and 6 for the Frequency. Then let’s change the current start date from the 22nd of January 2025 to the 23rd of January 2025 12:00AM. If you’d like to modify the end date, head to the End Subscription dropdown where there are 6 options to choose from.... we’ll modify the end date by selecting On a specific date and choosing 5th of January 2026. Then click on Update Subscription ... a notification will appear confirming the subscription has been updated successfully. Head back to the Subscriptions page, where you’ll find the new modified date in the Next Payment column for that subscription. To cancel a subscription, select Cancel in the Actions drop-down of the subscription you wish to cancel.

A Changing the Subscription Status window appears. Click Yes please to confirm the cancellation. A notification will appear confirming the subscription has been cancelled successfully and will show as Cancelled under the Status column on the Subscriptions page.
